Building the cache for mfu_flist_usrgrp_get_users is expensive and should be optional #663
Description
The cache built by mfu_flist_usrgrp_get_users allows the dwalk to convert uid to username in the text output. In some environments where there are many user accounts, this iteration places an unwanted load on management systems. It would be nice to have an option to disable building the cache, and have all the output in the text file be uid and gid.
