[Feature Request] Disable scroll for opening elements

It would be cool to disable scrolling when open elements are opened. For example, this can be implemented in a Dialog or Dropdown.

It can be set as the default behaviour, and maybe have an option like allow-scroll to allow scrolling

Seems confusing that both the content of the dialog and the page in the background are scrolling

Yeah, I plan on adding a helper for that. I just didn't want to do too much at first.
