201/RechunkingwithDask permission error on Tallgrass

I got the following error when starting the Dask cluster in this notebook.

`PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmp/dask-worker-space/worker-vw0gq17t'`

I've gotten this error recently on Tallgrass and fixed it by adding 

`dask.config.set({'temporary_directory':'/caldera/projects/usgs/water/snowhydro/dask-worker-space-tbb'})`

or similar to my imports cell.
