Create data chunking tutorial

Want to update/expand upon the chunking section of JupyterBook

Resources to incorporate:

• chunk shape selection
• crs tutorial
• in dev chunking tutorial
• assessment of final zarr store

Additional topics to address:

• discussion of using rechunker vs kerchunk
• are there leap years? does that influence your time series chunk lengths? (might choose 4 year length)
• the use of auxiliary coordinates
• chunking on HPC vs cloud considerations
  • example of chunking on cloud

Make note of other methods we have decided not to use/why.
