MantisBT integration - tags in caps broken when editing import rule

Using MantisBT integration, in the import rules, if one of the chosen tags is all in caps, when editing the rule, the tag will get split in individual letters, forcing the user to delete each letter individually before re entering the chosen tag. (cf printscreen)

Note that the all caps tag works just fine eveywhere else, and is correctly applied to the created story.
