I want to define an activity
So that I can assess students’ learning

Acceptance criteria:

• There must be a course page
• There must be a way to go to course page from my courses page
• There must be a way to create a new activity
• There should be a way to go to activity page from activities
• There should be a way to tag activities
• A github repository should be created when the activity is created
