[Feature] Support Page Up and Page Down keys to navigate to next and previous photos

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

In photo and slideshow view on Web, and in photo view on Mobile/Android, I would like to be able to use the Page Up and Page Down keys to navigate to next and previous photos.

Currently only the left/right arrow keys work for going to the next/previous photo, however I want to use wireless presentation remotes to navigate through my immich photos, and those input devices can usually only send Page Up or Page Down key inputs.

N.b. I have found other requests related to scrolling the album view or other pages with Page Up/Down, but this request only relates to viewing a single image (in photo or slideshow view) and being able to go to the next or previous image using Page Up/Down keys.

Thanks. The linked feature targets the People page and Places page on Web, so I guess I will try to expand the scope of that feature to Photos view on Web and Mobile.
