[Feature] Use the new iOS 26.1 Background Upload Extension

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Apple has added a new Extension in the latest iOS 26.1 (public release predicted to be next week)
It would be nice if Immich could use this to upload photos in the background, instead of the current "hacky" way.
