[Feature] Vertical ratio options + 4:3 ratio

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When cropping images, there are currently 4 ratio options. I would like to have more options. First, there is 4:3 missing, which is still popular. Secondly, when cropping a vertical image, the ratio options are still all landscape, which are very useless.
