[Feature] Allow Immich mobile app autoupload to restrict to specific formats

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Android phones (or at least Google Pixel) and iPhones both allow for photos to be captured as both jpeg and in raw. When automatic uploading is enabled in the Android app though, there doesn't seem to be a way to tell it what you want to upload, so if you have dual format capture enabled it will upload both and so you have two of every photo in your Immich albums.

What I would like to see is for a way to tell the autouploader to only autoupload a specific format, either raw or jpeg. Personally I would like this because I want to keep all my phone's photos in Immich in jpeg only, but I capture raw for picking out the occasional exceptional photos that I want to actually keep in unmodified raw format for manual development.
