As for the title, 7z2501 32 bit installer file .exe is repoted by 1 vendor in Virustotal. While 64 bit installer .exe 2501 is clean.

Lzma SDK 2501 7z archive is reported by 2 vendors in VirusTotal.

All files are downloaded from the official site.

Why do you believe VirusTotal is the supreme judge? did you even heard about those two "vendors"?

Virustotal is named very often as the main online tool to check file security.
Your question is good.

Sincerely too often I find reports that I suspect are false positives. So I already suspect its verdicts aren't 100% the truth. But is not always easy for me to understand when, the fact I've never heard about the vendors is not an enough reliable point, a search is more reliable but not always; maybe I should use other scanners. I cannot know every vendor reputation. But there are not few vendors of dubious reliability (recently I encountered at least 5 of these in VT basing on google searches). If they're included in results at the same level of good AVs without a single note of dubiousness, then Virustotal's site at least is not well organized.

So in this case (talking about lzma sdk 2501) maybe Zylla seems prone to many false positives. While on "Gridinsoft (no cloud)" I found not so many opinions. So here is my doubt on security.
