Mod causes Create to bug

Weirdly, this bug only occurs on servers. Clients work as they should.
When I install this mod, some of Create's stuffs does not work as they should. Abnormal behaviors include:
Windmill bearings failed to detect whether it has enough sails
The slot for engineer's goggles (need trinket) disappears
there might be other bugs I did not occur
