About subdomain

what should i do to see my pet-adoption-app website on is-a.dev domain i already registered using A record, using my AWS public ip address, it also got merged, but still its showing cloudfare page why not my website?
how can i see my website using that subdomain? or should i register for a different domain for my website? help me i am stuck...
i have presentation in some days of my project , i have to show in my DevOps internship program help me kindly.

AWS? did you setup Virtualhost (if you are using apache)?
it points sub/domain in specific a file path.
