Tab Scroll Arrows missing

Prior to upgrading to Firefox 32 my tab scroll arrows were present with Tab Utilities installed and enabled.

Following upgrading to FF 32 the tab scroll arrows are missing with Tab Utilities enabled and present with TU disabled.

I use Classic Theme Restorer for what that's worth.

Tab scroll buttons vanish using Fx32+ even without CTR installed.

I also use TU and CTR, and since updating to 32.0.2 I'm not seeing the tab arrows either.

1st I have been using TU for many years without issue until now.
Love all of the features and I am missing having it loaded.
Using FF 34.0.5.. Had to Remove TU because the loss of Tab Scroll Arrows when many tabs are up.

Has there been a fix to this problem? This has been going on since FF32 in both the general and beta releases. I love this utility especially the tab preview function in the beta version. It makes research comparisons much easier to navigate. I hope it can be fixed! I can't keep delaying the upgrade to the current Firefox! (Currently at 31.6)
