Fixed: a new LE intermediate could give an error. As the name was the same, could not overwrite the excisting. New: "old" certificates on disk can be removed by specifying the -CleanExpiredCertsOnDisk parameter for the certificate request or the -CleanAllExpiredCertsOnDisk parameter for all files.
