Stop using Cleanup, use new Formatter config!

As discussed in #63, we stopped using Eclipse's Cleanup tool. Please don't apply it anymore!
#75 Introduced a new Formatter config, the main change is to use tabs instead of spaces for indentation. Make sure to import and use it!
