Issues with shims

I am using mise on both of my laptops, one on Omarchy and the other on Manjaro, if this at all makes any difference. So far, both setups work well, but under Manjaro, mise doctor does not report anything whereas under Omarchy I have the following mise doctor output:

When I issue mise reshim or mise reshim --force, the error message does not disappear (although I see the symbolic links created under ~/.local/share/mise/shims.

On both setups, I have identical (global) mise configuration:
