Unresponsive input after runtime error and current line beyond actual lines of code

Had some partially written code and was testing, ran the code and when I flipped back to the code screen it appeared blank, stuck on line 79/43 and appeared unresponsive to any further inputs. Previously written code may have been present but further up the screen and inaccessible due to keyboard inputs not working.
