WPS : set InputData format within the process request #4
Description
The format (i.e. mimeType, schema, encoding) should be set as attributes within the wps:Data or wps:Reference. If not set the default format is considered as the input format
The WPSClient plugin should set these values when Data or Reference input are not in the default format
