CI jobs fail due to "deprecated version of `actions/cache: v2`"

Pushing my repo causes the CI job to fail with message:

To fix this, I went into the file \.github\workflows\ci.yml and changed the line:
- uses: actions/cache@v2
to
- uses: actions/cache@v3

The build then runs successfully.

As I can see it, it is already ´cache@v3`. Or am I missing something @advemDoug ?

I'm talking specifically about line 17 in .github/workflows/ci.yml.
