Newly added link shortner isn't working

I have a url: https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fcommunity.fortinet.com%2ft5%2fFortiGate%2fTechnical-Tip-FortiGate-monitoring-script%2fta-p%2f193006&c=E,1,eTcWo8FGpOrowMDwaNF4M9WRnt4mzAcq1T67qFagkK6PMPDmfJ2khWB6x5EkXA1Qsj-413ESPJN8CWvOJ3BMg72RmOJrXXGP-Wqh3JVoKwB90D1n&typo=0
I have added linkprotect.cudasvc.com to my list of urlShorteners.

I click on the link and I see that it isn't expanded before being processed:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the short link
2. Check from the logs which link is processed, or catch it in the browser address bar if you are quick enough.

Adding a custom url shortener is currently not supported in v4 unfortunately. If it's a generally useful one we could add it to the main release.

It's used by Barracuda mail filtering, every external URL gets wrapped in all emails.

Ok, let's get it in to the global list. I can have a look at this later, but if you are comfortable creating a PR that will speed things up.
