Excel formulas are not formatted correctly

which is not a excel expression

window.excelFormulaUtilities.isEu = true;

Although I'm unclear how and where to set this I now see that with the Excel Labs 1.4 (January 2024) this problem no longer appears. Although it could be that changing the language to English helpt
