In sd.run() I am getting following error.

use cv2.cvtcolor to covert it into grayscale instead of converting the image to gray scale during importing using skimage imread

#img = io.imread(img_file, as_grey=True)
img=cv2.imread(img_file) # changes are made here
img= cv2.cvtColor(img, cv2.COLOR_BGR2GRAY)
