Recommended settings for Flux LoRA

Hello everyone,
I have started using Fluxgym which uses the kohya-ss scripts but I would like to know what settings do you recommend for training a person LoRA?
I am training on a RTX 5090.
I'd like info on:

Repeats
Epochs
Captioning(currently I'm just using the trigger word)
Learning rate
Guidance scale
Rank
Alpha

any other suggestions or options you think I should use?
