Implement: distributed language extensions for vscode

Tracking issue for the work to implement the distributed language extensions (#242) enhancement.

• ✨ Adding begining of socket communication analyzer-lsp#860 - This gives us the ability to talk to the java-external-provider from the konveyor-java extension over sockets/named pipes
• 🐛 Updates to socket comms changes analyzer-lsp#942 - Added support for socket-based GRPC connections when configured.
• Update analyzer-lsp repository to produce binaries on worfklows/releases for VSCode extension collect-assets
  • 🌱 analyzer + provider workflow artifacts analyzer-lsp#946
  • 🌱 simplify the build workflow and artifact creation analyzer-lsp#947
• ✨ Refactor to use the the provider config to initialize providers kai#889 - This pulls the java-external-provider out of the kai-analyzer-rpc binary and
• Update the VSCode extension to have two extensions
  • ✨ Add extension API for language provider registration editor-extensions#970 - API Changes
  • ✨ Create konveyor-java and konveyor-javascript extension editor-extensions#960 - Introduces the new konveyor-java extension
