OpenAi Responses feature

It's a specific feature from OpenAI, but i think it's a real game changer for OpenAI, because now OpenAI supports to MCP through the responses feature

@saleszera I think it might fit nicely. I believe it may require swapping to the 'responses' API (currently using the 'completions' API) first. With that swap, I think all that is needed is an MCPTool. This change also gives access to ComputerTool / a few other.
