Revise upper version bounds on Hackage to allow building with GHC 8.10 #2
Description
Currently, the javascript-bridge-0.2.0 release on Hackage cannot be built with GHC 8.10.1 due to the upper version bounds on base. I have relaxed these upper version bounds in commit 3558cf8, but since I do not have the proper credentials for javascript-bridge on Hackage, I am unable to make the corresponding revision.
