[Bug]: When we scroll the KubeStellar Galaxy Marketplace page, it overlaps the navbar from the top and hides it. #2160

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues and couldn't find a duplicate.
Current Behavior

Expected Behavior
It should not overlap; the navbar should have a proper z-index.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the UI
- Open the Galaxy Marketplace
- Scroll and observe the issue
