How do I use throwable routers with itty-router 4?

I've been trying to get throwable routers with itty-router 4 (instead of itty-router-extras), does it exist? Whenever i throw a statusError from itty-router, i just get a generic 500 error back from my cloudflare worker instead of the error I throw.
