Imcompatible on different Android versions?

According to feedback, the latest version works on Android-2.2, but it crashes on Android-2.1-update( which I am using). It works fine on Android-2.1 if I use the repo of Aug04.

I will look into this matter, you guys can continue to improve what we have.

commits on 2011-08-06 are fine on OS2.1, now reviewing 2011-08-08

and yes, 2011-08-08 is okay, it is 2011-08-09 introduces the problem on OS2.1
