using Ollama in a multi-tenant context

Is there a way to specify the Ollama base url (http://localhost:11434/v1) without using the file "mcp_agent.config.yaml"?
A global file is not compatible with multi-tenant. I've seen all the examples but I haven't found nothing else.
In other words, how can I specify ollama's "base_url" parameter without using the "mcp_agent.config.yaml" file?
