Measure the runtime of batches

We could measure the full duration of each batch, e.g. with the following schema:

tool|sf|day|batch_type|time
```

We are currently measuring a lot of other durations, e.g. loading, total duration of the benchmark, total duration of throughput batches (>1h), etc.; adding this is not super important but cannot hurt.
