Update to LV 2020

LV2020 is 6 years old by now and it is becoming the default version for many open source projects.
There are many new features in LabVIEW 2020, but perhaps one of the most enabling will be interfaces

Moving to LV2020 will also allow us to use of the following tools:

• blue: code formatter
• Dragon: project version and dependency management

• getMagnet does not function on its own (notice interface terminals)
• MNK: getMagnet and CF:getMagnet provides override method

Remote Client.vi essentially only calls these:

Get RC Type.vi returns Remote Control, STM, or ZMQ class type

Get SMO Port.vi is only the port for the particular application.

SMO.Address is an optional property that defaults to 'localhost' if empty; it is not configured through an override.

Client could be its own class, and Instrument inherits from it?
