docker-compose forcing mariadb 10.5

Is there a reason we're forcing the previous stable release of MariaDB (10.5) in docker-compose instead of moving to 10.11? Just curious.

Force is != default in the compose, you SHOULD be reviewing and editing your compose files before using them. Try framing your issue in a more friendly way or creating a pull request to make the change you desire.
