helper.pl - generate_def should honor MP_PRIVATE

Since helper.pl doesn't parse source-files not starting with "bn_mp", this is already handled! So I think this issue can be closed.

Another issue is to respect MP_DEPRECATED, that's not done yet. As soon as bn_deprecated.c is removed, the corresponding symbols should be removed from the def-file as well

Ok, you are right I think if we stick to the naming scheme! Thanks! MP_DEPRECATED doesn't matter. We will remove many of the functions in 2.0. see #378.
