fix python build

The python build fails since the library has been intergrated into the nvme-cli repo. Here is one lose end to fix:

Run pipx run build --sdist
creating virtual environment...
creating shared libraries...
upgrading shared libraries...
installing build...
* Creating isolated environment: venv+pip...
ERROR Source /__w/nvme-cli/nvme-cli does not appear to be a Python project: no pyproject.toml or setup.py
