How do I handle separate livekit.toml config files for dev vs prod environments?

• Is it possible to have livekit.dev.toml and livekit.prod.toml?
• Can I specify which config file to use with the CLI commands?
• Or is the recommended approach to use the same livekit.toml but different LiveKit projects/workspaces? If so how ?
