Support for projjson format?

Projjson format has been adopted into Parquet and Iceberg standard. Is there a way to support it via proj4j? I think this is the command used in pyproj for it: https://pyproj4.github.io/pyproj/stable/api/crs/coordinate_system.html#pyproj.crs.CoordinateSystem.to_json

Unfortunately a feature that is not present currently in the library! Would be definitely nice to have it.

RE tech part: just rise up a PR and I will help you to get it merged in!
I think for now we are trying to keep core as a no dependency library, but having a specific module (i.e. proj4j-json) in this repo is always an option (similar to how we moved epsg out). If having these new capabilities in a separate module not possible / hard ~ nothing is set in stone; any PR is good as a starting point!
