should Command1.. allow subcommands? 

By definition they have other inputs already so they probably can't have subcommands.

But now that the macro is merged, higher complexity commands are possible, and we can allow flags to get passed down to subcommands. In essence creating global settings for a complicated CLI.

Could be cool.
