Cut release with wheels for Python 3.13 #131
Description
The latest release with built wheels on PyPi is 0.2.10, which supports Python 3.8 to Python 3.12.
It would be nice to have a new release in order to get support for Python 3.13 (which would also drop support for Python 3.8).
