PIN authentication failure

When sending remote bolus commands, if Face ID or thumb print doesn’t work, there is no option to enter PIN. LoopFollow just gives an authentication failure error.
Occurs on iPhone SE on latest iOS & iPhone 16 Pro on iOS 18.5
