Potential Issue with the Repositories traffic plugin

For some reason, my Repositories traffic plugin returns nothing at the workflow's end. I have also added the repositories tag to the base key. Even enabling base_indepth did not fix the issue. I am not skipping any repositories in my config either. From the workflow, I don't see any errors as well. Not sure what is going on tbh.

Hi 👋 !

By any chance, is your access token missing the repo scope ?
I tested your workflow with a token with this scope and it's working as expected.

The scope error is not reported which is why it's confusing, I'll make a patch to report the permission error more clearly 👍

For some reason the full repo scope is required to access traffic views from GitHub API.
Hopefully when fine-grained access token will be supported it'll be better

Running the action after it completes the render doesn't seem to be changing anything. However, I ran a second instance a couple of seconds after starting an instance, and it seems to be in a loop.

I'll add additional warning logs in next release to at least display any errors of this endpoint as warnings as currently it's hard to troubleshoot why it always return 0 and sometimes not currently

The "loop instances" are probably because the last workflow completed before the previous ones, so probably the old ones are failing to push their render as they're already behind the git HEAD. Since there is a retry/delay and few attempts before giving up, they'll probably fall in error in a few moment

If you have some time, can you also try to run the Get page views endpoint on your repos and check what the output of these ?
Just to know if GitHub API actually returns a value or not if you run it manually

Adding an update to this issue. I'm getting an insufficient token scopes error in my render.

I have all the required scopes so I'm not sure what is going on.

Another update on this. It seems like the plugin is finally working again. Not sure what changed since then though
