chore: review supported tools and deprecate outdated documentation

Problem

Magma documentation mentions outdated scripts and tools without maintenance or support.

Solution

List workflows and tools to discuss deprecation both in documentation and magma/magma repository. (juju, vagrant and more)

This issue will work as an "umbrella" for identified subitems.
