Make all "size" properties responsive

Like cols, size property should accept an object like

size={{
  base: "sm",
  sm: "md",
  md: "lg",
}}

It will be very useful in components like SegmentedControl

PS: Please don't suggest me to use https://mantine.dev/styles/responsive/#component-size-based-on-media-query. It is not a good practice to repeat itself...
