soundfile dependency?

It looks like `soundfile` module is a required test dependency but is not listed. To reproduce:

1. Create a clean virtual environment
2. Install pysox via `pip install sox`
3. Download and run the test suite from the GitHub repo
4. Tests fail unless `soundfile` is installed
