Add an option to browse desktop apps by operating systems

After selecting the "Desktop" option in the third party apps section of the website you should also be able to select the operating system that the app is for. 

Maybe the various mobile apps should be put into a one option and select the operating system in a second menu so the section isn't crowded by them.
