Write content for a blog post about the new mautibot design to encourage designers to contribute to Mautic

In #31 we have a new design for the Mautibot, it'd be great to write up a blog post about this to encourage and inspire designers to contribute to Mautic.

It should cover:

• about the new Mautibot design and how it's come about (see [Design] Refresh Mautibot #31)
• how we're going to implement it in Mautic (@andersonjeccel might have some input there)
• encouraging designers to get involved and sharing resources like how to contribute to mautic as a designer, the Open Source Design community etc.

Ideally this should be a medium-length blog post and feature some imagery as well as text.

We'll also need to write the social comms, too.

Hi @JasmineGift that's great - please take a look at the cited resources in the issue description which will give you an idea of the work that's been done. It'd be great if you can draft it in a Google Doc.
