This started popping up failing builds for PRs, it seems that the resource is now offline and so is the GitHub repository.

This content was extremely well written and useful for contributors, I can't find another resource that's written as clearly.

Perhaps we should bring some of this content into our contributors guideline?

That's a great idea to bring back some of the content here, especially that we use a lot at our docs.
We might be able to put them in the (NEW) "Contributing to Mautic's documentation" section.

Rather than having "Important considerations" subsection, we can have an h2 of "RST Syntax" or something.

I had a chat with the folks in #sphinx on the WTD Slack - there's lots of RST primers but a lot of them aren't specific to how we use Read the Docs and things like the external link tool and the code snippets tool, so I think it'd be good to have in our own words.
