Fail to pull converted images

I'm using starlight v0.4.7 to convert an image here:
docker pull hfzhang6/serverless-benchmarks:function.openwhisk.220.video-processing.python-3.10-x64
The image is successfully converted to the startlight format.
But when using ctr-remote to pull the image, it reports the error that the image is not found.

What kind of hardward you have?
