[Ripple] [feature wish] Add option to disable GPS, and to set location manually via keyboard.

I have a Lilygo T-Deck Plus with unlocked Ripple Firmware version 8.2 with data on SD card (currently the latest available at https://flasher.meshcore.co.uk/).

I cannot find an option to disable GPS.
I also cannot find an option to enter latitute and longitude coordinates manually via the keyboard.

I hereby feature-wish both.

Three reasons:

1. When I am home, GPS reception degrades slowly, short before it completely ceases usually it places coordinates some tens of km wrong, making the map display wrong.
2. When I want to let others know my location, I do not want to have them the exact location, but an explicitly specified location I can enter via specified lat/ lon numbers (instead of just an approximate clicking on the map).
3. Disabling GPS can save energy consumption.
